This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the policies and practices of Filo Systems Ltd. ("we," "us," or "Filo") and the choices you have in connection with collection, use and disclosure of your personal information that you provide to us or that may be generated by your use of our Website, Web applications, and online services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that you provide to us or that we collect from you offline. Please review carefully this Privacy Policy before making any use of the Service. Each use of the Service by you constitutes your consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure and other uses of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. The Privacy Philosophy of Filo. Your privacy is important to Filo. Therefore, we have chosen to undertake appropriate safeguards to protect our users' account information. Nevertheless, Filo cannot, unfortunately, guarantee the security of users' account information because factors such as hardware and software failure, unauthorized access to our servers or our users' accounts, and other factors, may compromise the security of our users' account information.   2. Collection of Personal Information. When you create an account with us in order to use the Service, you will be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information about yourself such as your name, user name, email address and password. Your personal information will be stored in the Service database and will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the requirement of the applicable law, including the Israel Privacy Protection Law (1981). You are not required to provide us with your personal information. However, in certain cases, if you decide not to provide information about yourself (such as, your telephone number and email address), or enable certain features, you might not be able to complete the applicable registration process, or use certain features of the Service. 
  3. How We Use Your Personal Information. The personal information you provide to us may be used for a variety of purposes, such as to register with, log-in, and use, the Service, and fulfill and bill orders made by you through the Service. Your personal information may also allow us to communicate with you or other administrative issues, improve the contents provided through the Service, customize the advertising and content you see, and communicate with you about promotions, special offers and new features. We may also use your personal information for internal analytical purposes intended to improve the services we provide. Our affiliates and partners (including third party payment processors) may disclose information you share with them to us, and we may use such information as provided in this Privacy Policy. 

When you use our Service through a mobile device such as a cellular phone, PDA or other type of cellular device or through your personal computer ("Device"), we may collect information about such use that does not necessarily identify you personally, although it may be unique to you or consist of, or contain information that you may consider personal. Such information may include, the type of device you use, the type of browser and operating system you use, your internet protocol addresses (including any host name or geographic information associated with these addresses), carrier and basic usage statistics, information related to your computer or device system configuration, and interoperability of the Device and Service applications. Should you wish this information not to be provided to Filo, please do not subscribe to such services and/or uninstall the Service's software from your Device. 

Filo uses "cookie" technology, web beacons, and log file information to purposes such as: (a) collect website users' usage data to enable easy access to the Service and otherwise improve the Service; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of the Service; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed; and (e) track your entries and submissions to the Service. A "cookie" is a small data file that is transferred to your Device's hard disk. Most internet browsers automatically accept cookies. Ads appearing on the Service may be delivered to you by our advertising partners, who may set cookies on your Device. Such cookies allow the ad server to recognize your Device each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you. This information allows ad networks to deliver targeted ads that such networks believe will be of most interest to you. You should change your browser settings if you do not wish to accept cookies from us on your Device. This Privacy Policy covers use of cookies used by Filo and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.  

  1. How We Share Your Personal Information. To simplify ordering through the Service we will ask you to provide us with your credit card number and its expiration date. We will transmit this information safely over the internet in a secure manner and store it in a secure server. This information will be used only to bill you for the services you order through the Service. We may share such information as well as information such as your name, telephone number and email address with our credit card payment processing partners and vendors in connection with fulfillment and payment of orders you submit through the Service. We ask these entities and persons to use, store or retain such information only for purposes related to the transaction, however, since we have no control over these entities and persons, we cannot guarantee that such information will not be used for other purposes and we will have no liability if such event occurs.   

We may also disclose your personal information to third parties (a) to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process (including any court order) or governmental request, (b) to perform certain administrative functions consistent with our Privacy Policy on our behalf, including in connection with customer support, Web hosting services, fulfillment companies (such as, companies that fill product orders or coordinate mailings), and data analysis, (c) to protect the safety of our employees and our property, and (d) and in connection with enforcement of this Privacy Policy and the Service Terms of Use. 

We may also share with some of our business partners (such as, merchants, retailers, and data collection companies) general information related to your use of the Service without disclosing your identity in order to improve the Service and your user experience. 

  1. How You Can Protect Your Privacy. Your personal account with the Service is password-protected for your privacy and security. At all times, you will need to protect your password appropriately and limit access to your Device to prevent unauthorized access to your account and personal information. 

When you submit or make available your personally identifiable and other personal information through the Service, you are giving your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of such information pursuant to this Privacy Policy. If you do not wish that we collect any personally identifiable information from you, please do not provide us with any such information.

  1. Reviewing and Updating Your Personal Information. You will be able at any time to review, modify or update information included in your user's profile by logging in to your user account on the Filo Website and selecting "My Account". 
  2. Opt-Out Options and Unsubscribing. Filo may send you, from time to time, email communications, with news and updates about the Service or other products, as well as other marketing communications and promotional offers. If you do not wish to receive from us such marketing communications, you can opt-out, at any time, by sending us an email to Unsubscribe@filo.systems requesting removal of your email address from any such mailing lists. Please be sure to include your full name and email address and indicate what type of marketing communications you do not wish to receive any longer. If applicable, you may also opt-out receiving marketing communications from us by following instructions on our email communications explaining how to unsubscribe from the email mailing lists of Filo. We will take appropriate steps to fulfill your request, however, it may take a few days or longer to process your request during which you may still receive marketing communications from us. Filo reserves the right to send you notices about your account, even if you opt-out of all email notifications.

If you decide to terminate your account with us, you may do so by sending us an email to Support@filo.systems specifying your request and providing us with your name and email address, or by selecting the "Delete Account" link on your account settings page. If you terminate your account, your profile will be removed from the Service, however, deletion may not be immediate and Filo may continue keeping your personal information in its records for billing purposes, audits and other administrative purposes. 

  1. Links. The Service may contain links to third parties' web sites. While we attempt to provide links to sites that value your privacy, we cannot be responsible for the content or privacy policies of such sites. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of such third parties' Web sites linked or provided through the Service prior to any use of such Websites.
  2. Changes to this Privacy Policy. Filo may occasionally revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in its Services and other practices. Therefore, you should review Filo's Privacy Policy prior to each use of the Service, particularly each time before you submit your personal information through the Service, so you could be informed of any changes in our privacy practices. At all times, the most current version of our privacy policy will supersede any other versions of our privacy policy. You can determine when the Privacy Policy was last modified by checking the "Last updated" legend at the top of the Privacy Policy. If the policies described in our Privacy Policy change in any material respect, we will notify you by posting the revised policy on our Web site, by email, or by other means that we may choose and as required by applicable law. We may apply changes to information previously collected by us, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of the new or modified Privacy Policy, you agree to immediately notify us that your personal information should be deleted. Your continued use of the Service after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
